Сдам непрокуренную квартиру студию с балконом в хорошем доме для командировочных и отдыхающих. Тихий и спокойный район, приличные соседи. В двух минутах ходьбы расположен большой ТЦ Мега. В нем находится кинотеатр, боулинг, различные кафе и многое другое. В пяти минутах езды на машине расположен городской пляж Рица.
Залог возвращается при выселении после осмотра квартиры. При несоблюдении правил проживания и порчу имущества залоговая сумма не возвращается.
